terms of service

​

  1. Basically, please be aware that your work will be used to promote and publicize my accomplishments on my portfolio site and social networking sites.

  2. You can discuss the timing of publication of your work.

  3. I reserve the right to stream my commission progress.Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep it hidden.

  4. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

  5. The models are suitable for commercial use.

  6. Prices are in USD, and payments will be made via PayPal invoice.

  7. After confirming there's no problem with the price, the schedule and other details about the commission, you would need to pay 20%of the full payment up front to secure the spot.

  8. Once I’m ready to begin your commission, an upfront payment of 50% of the total fee will need to be made before I start.

  9. I may choose to accept commissions that align with my preferred art style or design.

  10. If you need the PSD or rigging source file, please discuss it with me. There will be an extra fee for buying the source file.​

  11. The price for any addition to the model will be discussed.

Payment

Currency is USD.

You can check my price list on each service page.

You can  pay by PayPal.I will create and send you an invoice.

Basically, fees are paid in advance.

Communication

Messages and transactions will be sent via Twitter DM or email.

Please be sure to respond to the message once the commission is initiated.

If i do not receive a response from you for more than 5 days on a transaction, i will consider it as a decline of commission and terminate the transaction.

In such cases, 50% will be charged when the work is started and 100% after completion.

Basically, there is no refund of the fee except in the case of negligence on our part.

All delivered works are copyrighted.

When using them in streams, goods, or any other places, i ask that the credit "@akimoto8art" be clearly indicated.

Unauthorized use or AI study is prohibited.

Fees and Activities

Please note that commission prices may change in the future.

The prices shown are price prices for individuals.

Companies should expect to pay 2-3times more for commercial use, copyright and production time.

Live2D Art / wORK fLOW

  1. When working on your commission, I will send you regular updates.

  2. For rigging commissions, normally I will send updates 2 times during the process in the form of videos when the following have been completed.: (a) Model's art sketch, (b) When Model's art is completed.

  3. After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work.

  4. Free correction is limited to 3 locations.Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.

  5. After receiving the final update (when the work is almost done), you can make a list of any revision you want made. I will make final Model's expression accordingly. Once you are happy with the final work, the final remaining money of the payment will be due.

  6. After receiving the rest of the payment, I will send you the final commission file.[Due to the high quality and large size of the data, we request that you download the data via Google Drive.]

  7. If there is a defect in the model after delivery, i will correct it free of charge. [There is no filing deadline.]

Live2d riding / work flow

  2. For rigging commissions, normally I will send updates 4 times during the process in the form of videos when the following have been completed.: (a) Model's expression, (b) head angles, (c) body movements and (d) when the rigging is almost done.

  3. After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work.

  4. Free correction is limited to 3 locations.Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.

  5. After receiving the final update (when the work is almost done), you can make a list of any revision you want made. I will make final Model's expression accordingly. Once you are happy with the final work, the final remaining money of the payment will be due.
